What action must I take now?
It’s super simple - book your room and register for the event. Those are two separate actions. Do them both and you’re golden.
When is our All Chapter Retreat?
Retreat will officially kick off at 4p on Tuesday, May 17th. There will be optional (myEO) activities for those who want to arrive earlier. Forums will meet in the morning on Friday May 20th. Check out will be at noon.
Where is our All Chapter Retreat?
We chose an iconic, old-school beachfront resort outside of the city. Weather permitting, we expect the super majority of the event to be held outdoors.
Bahia Hotel, San Diego
998 W. Mission Bay Drive,
San Diego, California 92109
The cost of a room is only $199 and the resort fees have been waived. But we only reserved a room block for 60% of the chapter so you must book quickly or else you may miss an opportunity to stay on property (where all the action will be) or pay a higher rate. The hotel rate is available 3 days prior and 3 days after the event as long as occupancy is available.

What is an All Chapter Retreat and what should I expect?
The Chapter Retreat is one of the two times a year that all EO Seattle members come together to connect on a deeper level. The programming of the retreat is designed for you to interact with your close friends, build a community outside of your forum and ultimately learn and grow together! You can expect great learning, time in both an adopted and your regular forum, fun experiences, great food (and maybe a beverage or two), fun entertainment and – if it can be done safely - a joint chapter experience with the San Diego Chapter.
Why San Diego?
Our goal is to hold 95% of this event outside and that was not a legitimate possibility in Seattle. It is also a beautiful place to visit with all the proper amenities and family friendly for those that want to stick around over the weekend.
What is the Covid Policy policy for this event?
We will continue to follow federal, state and county policies/mandates. Protocols may change before we arrive however at this moment, we expect to hold most of the program outdoors or in open air. We also expect to have each member to administer a rapid test each morning to mitigate the risk of exposure and hold this event as responsibly as possible. And, the chapter will be providing the rapid tests but members will be asked to administer each themselves..
Is there a registration fee?
Yes, for two reasons. This year, we reduced our fees by up to $500 a member. And, simultaneously, costs (especially food) are up significantly from pre-pandemic times. We are offering a pre-registration fee of $299 until Feb 15th. On Feb 16th, it will go up to $399.
