Mark Jacobsen: Mark is one of the founding members of EO Seattle. He is an innovative business, brand, and marketing strategist with over 30 years of experience driving sustainable growth for entrepreneurs. As a serial entrepreneur with nine start-ups under his belt, Mark combines street-smart insight with practical, real-world expertise in his consulting practice. His career spans diverse industries, and he has collaborated with numerous leadership teams and companies, both nationally and internationally. Notable clients include Starbucks, Amazon, Microsoft, Best Buy, Eddie Bauer, Costco, Herman Miller, and Vulcan.

Eric Terry: Eric is a partner at Pando Inc., a consultancy that works with business owners to optimize their company’s value, empowering them with the power of choice to scale, sell, or implement a succession plan. Eric made the change to business consulting in 2020 after 16 years in the Banking industry. As a Banker, Eric enjoyed working with business owners, helping them manage their cash flow, lending and foreign exchange needs, payroll, and many other day-to-day services. Eric changed his career path to follow his passion for helping business owners prepare for their future and felt that this could extend beyond his limited scope as a banker. He takes pride in developing a strong network of business professionals, ranging from CPAs to attorneys, consultants, and business brokers.

Casey Cronk: Casey is an EO Strategic Partner and Commercial Leader at 1st Security Bank. He specializes in meeting the unique needs of entrepreneurs by providing innovative solutions and insights from a banking perspective. His goal is to help clients make informed financial decisions for their businesses. Casey is committed to building relationships with individuals who seek a trustworthy and knowledgeable banking resource that offers sound advice. His primary focus is always on customers and the community.
