Join us on 14 July for Amplify Your Leadership, our FY26-27 Kick-Off Event at South Fork at North Bend. This full-day experience brings EO members, Strategic Alliance Partners, and Elumni Guest Pass participants together for connection, learning, and growth. We are excited to welcome Yancy Wright as our morning keynote speaker and Emcee for the day. Yancy is the CEO and facilitator at Alternavida Leadership. He works with organizations and leaders to strengthen communication, emotional intelligence, and resilient leadership practices. His session will explore the ripple effects that leaders create through how they think, communicate, and show up, and how becoming more conscious of those effects shapes culture, trust and results. The afternoon will include shortened forum meetings, an interactive outdoor forum experience designed to spark collaboration and a little friendly competition, followed by dinner and a short program. This is a not-to-be-missed event! Agenda: 10:00am - Arrivals and Check-in; Light breakfast fare, coffee, tea and water will be served 10:30am - Keynote Address - Yancy Wright 12:00pm - Lunch 1:00pm - Forum Meetings (and designed experiences for those not in forum) with time for updates and reflections 2:15pm - Break 2:30pm - Adopted Forum experience for the full group 4:00pm - Debrief Adopted Forum 5:00pm - Free time to play - axe throwing, corn hole, giant slingshot and more! 6:00pm - Dinner and Short Program 8:00pm - End Parking: Limited parking is available directly in front of South Fork at North Bend. Additional parking is located a short walk away in the church parking lot (details to follow). Dress Code: Casual, layers for variant temperatures.
