This is a facilitated session for members who are running on EOS to learn and share with and from each other. Cheri will introduce herself and quick review of the EOS Model and generate an issues list from the attendees. Then she will spend 30-45 minutes teaching a deep dive of a specific EOS Tool (a survey goes out to registrants in advance to vote). In the final hour Cheri facilitates an Issues Solving session for the members and guests using the wisdom & experience in the room.
