If you think menopause is just a “women’s issue,” think again. Whether you work with women, are married to a woman, employ women, have sex with women, collaborate with women professionally, or are a woman yourself, menopause impacts your life in ways you might not even realize. This is about how menopause can shape and reshape relationships, productivity, leadership, and team dynamics. Ignoring it means missing out on building stronger, more empathetic connections in every area of your life. Amanda Casgar, founder of Hysterical, will be joined by Dr. Kelly Casperson and Roma van der Walt, MSc, to spill the tea on what makes midlife and menopause so tricky. This fun and engaging panel presentation will be equal parts education and inquiry. You’ll walk away with more tools, a stronger community, and, if all goes according to plan, a whole new take on midlife. Menopause touches everyone, so let’s talk about it, learn from it, and lead with it.

PANELIST BIOS: Roma van der Walt, MScRoma is a thought leader in the emerging field of female physiology and performance optimization through data, and is pioneering a systems-based approach to women’s health and longevity. She is the founder and CEO of Vitelle, a health intelligence company building the first scalable, expert-augmented decision layer for female physiology, spanning high-performance sport, clinical care, and preventive health. Trained as a sport scientist, Roma’s work sits at the intersection of exercise physiology, women’s health data, and system design. Her mission is to close the persistent gap in how female biology is supported across lifespan health and high performance, by designing tools that unify complex data into actionable insights. Her work has been recognized by Women’s Health Magazine as part of their Longevity Redefiners cohort and by other US and European media, where she speaks about equity in health tech, the future of female performance, and the next era of personalized female care. She is also an advocate for better representation of diverse female voices in science and care, particularly around healthspan, athletic performance, and data equity.Kelly Casperson Bio Dr. Casperson is a board-certified practicing urologist interested in the power of the mind and science to change our views of sexuality. After many years in practice she had a life changing patient that made her curious to learn everything she could about female sexual wellness. After she learned all she could, a little voice in her head kept telling her to speak, and she knew just helping people in her clinic in her hometown was not going to make the difference the world needed – that women aren’t broken in the bedroom, they just didn’t get a proper education (and either did their partners). So she listened to her voice, and created a podcast called You Are Not Broken which consistently ranks in the top 10 in the Apple “sexuality” category in multiple countries.https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/you-are-not-broken/id1495710329/She has created online courses teaching women the fundamentals of their anatomy and physiology, discussing their limiting beliefs, and normalizing their normal female sexual function, to empower them to live their best love lives. She has a premier private membership, with live streaming of her interviews and group coaching to help people create desire and agency in their intimate lives. Her book: “You Are Not Broken: Stop Should-ing All Over Your Sex Life” is out now on Amazon and Audible.Amanda Casgar BioAmanda Casgar is the Co-Founder of Hysterical, a multi-media brand dedicated to creating whisper cultures.
