Ready to have some fun and make meaningful connections? This session focuses on developing a critical skill: resiliency. Like a boxer, sometimes we get knocked down, but we can always get back up. EO Members explore change, pivoting, painting pictures, and how we lead the people around us.
Two Mentor is a high-impact management and consulting firm focused on building a happier, more engaged, and more inclusive workforce. Our MentorCafe virtual flash mentoring sessions offer companies the opportunity to engage, develop and support their teams. During each session, participants will build meaningful connections with five to six other EO members in structured one-on-one mentoring conversations.
OBJECTIVES
Learn how impactful flash mentoring can be a fun way to also drive employee engagement and retention, as well as increasing diversity and a sense of belonging, at your company.
Find ways to alleviate Zoom fatigue. Twomentor's flash mentoring model increases Zoom engagement rates from 50% (typical Zoom call) to 95%.
Connect and be connected with other EO members to better understand your own capabilities as a mentor and/or mentee
Biography: Julie Kantor
Julie is an ‘all-in’ roll-up your sleeves leader committed to building mentoring cultures to drive a happier workforce. Whether in a boardroom with executives or working with collaborative teams, Julie instills excitement, inspires commitment, and demonstrates an unwavering drive to succeed. Kantor has worked & consulted with major clients such as: MITRE, Marriott, Verizon, Abbott, NYU, ASAE, AVIXA, Hazelden, Anthem, and more. Twomentor, LLC, a management consulting firm focused on turnkey corporate mentor strategy, builds on her 24 years in workforce development and building movements.
Julie was honored by the White House for her 20-year career in youth entrepreneurship education & as a SmartCEO ("15 Leaders We Admire" & Brava Hall of Fame for Women's Leadership).
